Biodynamic Craniosacral is a gentle touch based therapy that involves listening to the body in a neutral and compassionate sphere. By tuning into your body’s tides and subtle movements, a container can be created for physical, emotional and energetic space; Space for your innate healing capacity to lead.
With a trauma-informed, inclusive lens to every session, centred around agency, presence, and honouring what’s alive in the moment, many find the effects of BCST to be unique and/or perspective shifting. With gentle holding and consistent presence, the physical body can go about its own processes for change without imposed objective.
Whether you come in with tension or trauma effects, this work offers a deepening in your relationship to your physical health, emotional landscapes, and the world around you.

Medical Qi Gong sessions are available 1:1 in a practicum capacity while I complete my Medical Qi Gong Certificate with Shen Journey. Please be aware that these sessions require feedback and are ultimately for my practice to become a practitioner.
This therapy offers some energetic tools used to boost energy, restore connection with self and earth, regulate the nervous system, and as ancient disease prevention. Done through forms, meditation, and bodywork, beautiful new experiences are often the case in this modality. The foundation of sessions and classes consists of grounding, purging and, tonifying the organ systems in 5 element theory.
This is a by donation session.
